AC WORKS® Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the AC WORKS® product is not as described in the listing.

Return Authorization Required

You MUST contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form before returning any item. Items returned without an RMA will be refused, and no refund will be issued.

Product Exchanges

No restocking fee will be applied if you are doing a product exchange.

Defective Returns

For US returns: We cover return shipping and will send you a pre-paid UPS Return Label (for US only). No restocking fee will be charged for defective items.

For Canada returns: We cover return shipping and will provide a pre-paid return label. No restocking fee will be charged for defective returns.

Non-Defective Returns (For Refund)

If you are returning your non-defective product, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and your shipping charge will not be refundable. You will receive an 85% refund of the product cost after we receive the return. If you received free shipping when you ordered, the original shipping cost that we incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Return Address

Please ship the returned item to the address provided on the RMA form. Please include the RMA form and the original packing list.
