This time, Ford grabbed the spotlight with an innovation for their upcoming F-150 Hybrid pick-up truck: an onboard power panel. Vehicles usually have a household outlet(s) available to charge phones or power small electronics. Most pick-up truck owners use their truck for their job or hobby, so why not have a full-blown panel of different outlets available? Tips From Tony When talking about the different NEMA configurations, it is important to remember what P and R stand for. P will always stand for the male plug side, while R will always stand for the female receptacle. P and R can never be used for opposite ends, and they don't stand for anything else.
